Sunless Sea is now available on iPad!

Explore the Unterzee with a simple tap of the finger. We’ve teamed up with BlitWorks (known for mobile versions of Invisible Inc., Don’t Starve, Broken Age and Bastion, among others) for development and adapted the game’s mechanics for touch controls.

  • The same deep, compelling world packed with 350,000+ words of stories and secrets. Find your father’s bones. Determine London’s destiny. Defy the gods of the deep sea!
  • Two touch-screen control systems available, which you can switch between at any time from the settings menu.
  • While in combat, your ship will now auto-fire when your firing solution is full up.
  • Achievements available through Apple’s Game Center.
  • Sunless Sea is available for $9.99 / £9.99 and requires iOS8+ and will be compatible with iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad Air 2 or higher.

I'm utterly heartbroken that it won't play on my older iPad... will there ever be a way? I'm can't believe I'm seriously considering a $250 purchase of a new iPad for this game, but there we are.

Any plans to add zubmariner to iPad version? I am playing it on pc, but would rather play it on my tablet. However the zub dlc adds too much to give up. Thanks for a fantastic game!

Glad to see Sunless Sea has come to mobile, I hope it'll come to Android at some point as it's a perfect fit and Fallen London is on Android. I'm sure many would buy it. Thanks.

Exciting news! Just out of curiosity, are there any plans to bring those touchscreen controls to the standard desktop version? I have a windows hybrid laptop/tablet and I would love to be able to play on that using the touchscreen.
